As an experienced attorney, I have been practicing for over 20 years and have a proven record of results in maximizing compensation for the victims of personal injury and wrongful death. I have achieved verdicts in excess of one million dollars for clients, and am responsible for a substantial recovery in one of the most prominent snowmobile accident cases in Michigan's history.
After receiving my law degree, I worked as an assistant Attorney General trying cases throughout the state of Michigan. In addition to my personal injury practice, I previously worked for a medical malpractice insurance defense firm; I understand how to effectively challenge insurance carrier claims because I have seen them from both sides. I also have an undergraduate degree from the school of pharmacy and allied health which provides me with a unique perspective when addressing your personal injury case.
I was born and raised in a working class family in East Detroit as one of five siblings. My father was a skill tradesman/local union officer and my mother worked the polling booths on election days. A product of my upbringing, I am a blue collar guy who worked my way through law school as an intern at the UAW International Headquarters in Detroit MI and the AFL-CIO in Lansing MI. I am a member and on the State Advisory Board for the Association of Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (AITLA), a member of Michigan Association for Justice, a member of the Italian American Lawyers Association, the Catholic Lawyers Association, and the Macomb County Bar Association. I am also a Plaintiff's Case Evaluator in both Macomb and Wayne counties, a position requiring million-dollar settlements to qualify.
